Nobody would ever predict that a girl like Koneko would end up in this situation, aside from her few friends of course. Koneko was a 18 year old senior in high school in Japan. She came from a very wealthy and prominent family and based on her college entry exams she was headed for a good career. However, she had gotten wrapped in a cult, a cult that stated that due to the elites, Japan had become too weak of a country to survive and that the only way to enlighten the people was to overthrow the politicians at the top. This rhetoric later led Koneko to join their terrorist movement with the hopes of taking over Japan, but later Asian as a whole. She rose to the top, becoming second-in-command after only a few years, and had extensive knowledge of their weapon supplies, members, and their next targets. However, a mission went wrong and she was separated from her team. She later found herself surrounded by dozens of military officers. 

She promised the leader that if surrounded she would end herself to protect their secrets but fear overtook her body and she was handcuffed before she had the chance to and was immediately sent to a secret government facility. However, instead of being tortured for her companies secrets, they had something more sinister in mind. 

When Koneko found herself taken to the base she was immediately stripped naked. The guards in order to mock her, for her despite her high position in the terrorist organization put her hair up in ponytails and made her wear pink thigh high socks with bunny prints on them. She was then led to a room where she immediately recognized some of her other friends who had also joined her cult. They made small talk however before they could even think of escaping, Koneko was immediately taken to a private office, where she was face to face with the warden.

When Koneko was led deeper and deeper into the base she was shocked by how bright everything was, bright purple and pink colors. When she thought of military bases, she was expecting a dark and evil dungeon where she would be tortured and killed. The guards finally led her to a office where she came face to face with, to her surprise a American woman.

“Hello Koneko” she said with a too sweet of a smile, “judging from your file I know you speak English”.

“So what are you? Military? Some politician? The Japanese government is too weak to do their own dirty work” Koneko spat at the woman bitterly.

The woman cocked her head to the side and let out a small laugh, “actually, my name is Doctor Emily, I was actually brought here by the Japanese government to try a controversial new type of therapy. The Japanese government actually planned on having you and all your “friends” executed, no trial, no media circus, just a quick and silent execution, but because of my research, the government plans on using you, Koneko, the second in command of the largest terrorist organization in Asia, to reform and change the world. 

Koneko was then led to another room, where the clothing she was given was a white frilly tank top and a diaper, however she refused to put the diaper on and was eventually held down to the ground by guards and it was forced on her body. “Koneko, what you will be going through, if a full mental regression, your mind will be transformed into that of a young girl, where you will then be forced to redo your childhood over, obviously something went wrong to turn you into a 20 year old terrorist, and I plan to adopt you and completely fix whatever took place”.

‘Mental regression?’ for the first time Koneko entered the military base, genuine fear actually overtook her, ‘is that what the diaper was for?’ She thought in her head. Was she really going to become a idiot, babbling, bed wetting adults that would be taken care of with this woman as her mother?

“My experiment in mental regression was deemed too controversial by the American government, however the Japanese government gave me the funding I needed to put it in progress. What better test subjects than terrorists who are already hated by the government”. Koneko then found herself strapped to a white table where she was held in place by chains. 

“The experiment will be over in a few minutes, trust me, after everything is over, you will feel a intense wave of peace wash over you”. Doctor Emily then left the room. Koneko then began to get scared as she tried to break free, wanting to escape this fate. When the lights in the room started to grow brighter she realized that the experimental treatment was taking place. She began to struggle and panic even harder as tears of pain ran down her face. The lights grew so bright that Koneko had to close her eyes, but despite this effort she could still see only bright light, the lights continued to grow brighter until Koneko’s brain couldn’t process it anymore and she passed out.

Koneko awoke to see the face of Doctor Emily, however she didn’t feel any fear or malice from the woman, but instead smiled brightly and tried to embrace the doctor in a hug. She untied the girl and held her up before realizing that her diaper was wet, this was to be expected, she was nothing but a baby after all. 

Koneko was now essentially a adult baby. She had no concept of her former terrorist life or who she used to be. Doctor Emily notified her family of her fate however because of the shame she brought them, they didn’t even put up a fight when Doctor Emily stated she was going to adopt her. Doctor Emily would use the light treatment to awaken Koneko from time to time in order to gain information about the cult, Doctor Emily then aided the government into capturing more and more of Koneko’s former subordinates and they were rounded up and given the same treatment, being turned into adult babies. This treatment was eventually adopted by Japan before spreading to other countries, with even America adopting the treatment. Soon this became the norm to reform violent criminals, with Koneko being the most famous adult baby in the world. 

The day the terrorist leader was found out, and his reformation treatment took place, Doctor Emily decided to celebrate with Emily by allowing her to gain her walking skills again. She was still a adult baby after all, and was still very clumsy and off footing but at least she could use her basic motor skills to play and have fun.  It was adorable to watch the once evil, foul mouthed terrorist being reformed into a adult baby.

Most 20 years old were attending high school and enjoying the high life of their youth, but Emily was busy preparing for her first day of daycare. Here’s Koneko three months later, her former high school friends pity her and the terrible choices she made in life, her former allies share her fate, and now she was the most famous case study for Doctor Emily’s treatment. Today was her first day of daycare, as Doctor Emily had decided she was now mature enough to attend school. 

While most of Koneko’s friends abandoned her, her childhood friend, Aiko, stood by her and became her babysitter. Doctor Emily even allowed Aiko to get Koneko’s hair dyed, with half of it becoming a bright blonde, something the old Koneko would’ve hated but the new Koneko loved highly.

Her mother had  also decided she no longer needed the thick baby diapers and she could now wear diapers with pretty princess designs. With her bookbag on her back and her pacifier in her mouth she was ready for her first day of school.

To most young people, Koneko was a horror story of what could happen if you go down the wrong path but to Doctor Emily she was so much more, she was a hope for the future. Deep down, the old Koneko recognized her errors and hoped one day she could come back and live a decent life. But for now, Koneko was a complete success, she was a adult baby and no longer  a threat to society.
